Event history
The Event tab in the History view provides a detailed log of all events related to selected objects over a specified period. These events vary depending on the type of tracker and monitored activities, offering a comprehensive view of your fleet's operational status and any issues with your tracked assets.
To view event history for a specific device, select the objects you want to review and click the history button (the circular arrow at the bottom right of the object list). You will be prompted to select a time and date range. After choosing the desired range, proceed to the History dialog and select the “Events” tab.
To view events for all devices, click on the Alerts tab on the side bar:
Event list
The event list displays a chronological sequence of events for each object. Each entry includes:
Event Notification: The notification message created within the Alert settings. This should provide detail as to the specific event.
Timestamp: The date and time the event occurred.
Location: Where the event occurred, if applicable.
Event details: Further information depending on the type of monitored event, such as a temperature threshold.
Event types
The types of events displayed are determined by the events being monitored. Navixy can detect and log a wide range of events, from basic movement and stop notifications to more complex sensor alerts and maintenance reminders. For more details on setting up and managing these events, refer to the Rules and Notifications section.
