Alert-based reports

While using the platform, you can find some reports do not have any information in them – like “Geofence visits” reports, “GSM connection lost” reports or any of the “Safety and security reports”

Please be advised that these reports will have information ONLY if you have the working alert rule set for these events in your platform.

So, for these reports to have information, you need:

1. Create alert rule

2. Get, or generate some alerts from your devices to the platform

3. Build report

When you will build the report next time, it will have all the information you need.
